Directions

You can find our church on East Hill, right in the heart of Wandsworth. We are across the street from the Town Hall and are not far from Southside Shopping Centre and Wandsworth Town Railway Station.

Travelling by bus 156, 337, 37, or 39, you can can use stops: Herndon Road or Fairfield Street / Wandsworth Town Hall

From Central London, you can either:

  • take the District Line to East Putney Station and then take Bus 37/337 east to Fairfield Street / Wandsworth Town Hall. You can walk straight ahead and take a left on East Hill. You'll find us on the left.

  • take National Rail from Waterloo to Wandsworth Town and then walk straight up Alma Road and take a right down East Hill. You'll find us on the right.

  • take National Rail from Waterloo or Victoria to Clapham Junction. Then take any bus across the street from the station towards Wandsworth. Get off at Herndon Road and we'll be straight across the street.

You can find us on maps using our address 182 East Hill, Wandsworth, SW18 2HD

Use of our building

Our facility is used by a variety of groups throughout the week for a reasonable fee. Groups do not have to be Christian, however, we reserve the right to refuse groups whose activities are counter to our beliefs and principles or to give preference to Christian organisations.

We have a full kitchen downstairs and a hall able to seat up to 50 people. Smaller groups can meet in a smaller carpeted area. Our sanctuary can comfortably seat 80 people and has a sound system and projector. Limited parking of 4-6 spaces is provided at our site.

Please contact our building administrator Claude at hallhire@ehbc.co.uk for further booking details and available times.

The church is also available for weddings after completion of short marriage counselling sessions with the pastor and for funerals.

Currently we host a range of community activities such as weight-watchers, step classes, and toddler play groups.
